How do I request a refund if I have overpaid?
All refunds are handled directly through your Council.
Payble is unable to facilitate a refund on your behalf, as Payble processes payments but does not hold or manage council funds.
To request a refund, you will need to contact your Council directly. This can be done from within the Payble application by clicking the Need Assistance or Help button from within the Payble application.
If using a desktop browser you will need to click the Help button in the top right corner of the window.

If using a mobile or tablet browser you will find the 'Need Assistance?' button within the menu button as shown below.
